About Us
Church of the Savior Preschool was established in 1971 as a mission outreach of Church of the Savior in obedience to the Great Commission of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations." (Matthew 28:19)
We believe preschool is the foundation upon which the building blocks of education are formed. We nurture inquisitive learners by providing each child the opportunity to develop to their fullest potential – socially, academically, emotionally, spiritually and physically. We use a creative approach where play is the basis for learning. Each child works at their own level as we recognize that the process is the key to learning.
Our education introduces children to God’s love in the most formative stage of their life, fostering an understanding about the centrality of God in the world. Believing that God’s grace comes to all people just as they are, we incorporate this message into the faith life of our students.
Church of the Savior Preschool is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Education Association (ELEA). All are welcome regardless of religion, race, color or national origin. We affirm all of God’s people just as they are.
At Church of the Savior Preschool, our objectives include spiritual, intellectual, physical, emotional and social skills development.
